Chemmeen Manga Pappadam Thoran Recipe - Prawns & Mango Thoran

All you need
garlic 2 cloves
green chilly 5
rock salt
prawns 6
raw mango 1/2
grated coconut 2 tbsp
coconut oil 1 tbsp
mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
dry red chilly 3
curry leaves
sliced shallots 10
pappadam 2
sliced shallots 2
red chilli flakes 1 tsp
fresh coconut oil 1 tsp
Method
Crush garlic, chilly, prawns and mango. Add coconut, salt and crush. Mix all and keep aside for 10 minutes. Heat tawa and fry pappadam with out oil. Heat coconut oil in another pan, temper mustard seeds. Add shallots and fry till brown. Add curry leaves and red chilly. Saute. Add prawns mix and cook for 3 minutes. Remove prawns from fire. Crush shallots with chilly flakes. Crush pappadam. Add fresh coconut oil and mix. Serve prawns, mango thoran with crushed pappadam.
