If you're interested in renting a designer furnished unit, please do check out their website: www.cozyhomes.my Once abandoned, Main Place becomes a very good example of projects that was revitalized. Not only to the building but the great leasing strategy made the mall a popular hotspot and this improves the economy of the shop-offices surrounding the project. Back then, buying houses directly from developer is a high risk investment as there was no policy nor system that protects purchasers. Therefore, we are so fortunate to have the HDA (Housing Development Act) to protect us from unscrupulous developers. In this project, we also get to see the evolution of buildings. It's evident to see our priority for privacy translates into more bathrooms in the current home design. Then 3 meters ceiling height seems to be the norm where it's was a luxury back then. Common areas such as the corridor, lobby, entrance statement are top priorities to create that sense of arrival for residents now but it was barely a requirement back then. I'm super happy for the initial purchaser that went through the crisis and currently they will be happy with the return on their investment.
