Mewat has a different history of its own. हरियाणा के मेवाज जिले के नूंह में हिंसक घटना के बाद से पूरे हरियाणा में धारा 144 लागू है. वहीं नूंह हिंसा का सबसे ज्यादा प्रभावित जिला हरियाणा का ग्रुरुग्राम है. गुरुग्राम में नूंह में हिंसा के बाद बादशाहपुर इलाके में एक हिंसक घटना में एक व्यक्ति की मौत हुई है. उससे बाद से गुरुग्राम में चप्पे-चप्पे पर पुलिस का पहरा है. गुरुग्राम पुलिस हर जगह तैनात है.गुरुग्राम के एसीपी क्राइम वरुण दहिया ने लोगों से अपील की है कि वो अफवाहों पर विश्वास नहीं करें. इंटरनेट सेवा सब कुछ सुचारु रुप से चल रही है. सभी स्कूल, कॉलेज और कार्यस्थल सामान्य रूप से काम कर रहे हैं. यातायात की आवाजाही पर कोई प्रतिबंध नहीं है. इंटरनेट भी चालू है. मैं सभी से अपील करता हूं कि सोशल मीडिया पर जारी अफवाहों पर ध्यान न दें. अगर कोई कुछ जानकारी देना चाहता है तो वह हेल्पलाइन नंबर '112' पर संपर्क कर सकता है. वहीं, नूंह के एसपी ने बताया कि हिंसक घटना को लेकर अभी तक 40 एफआईआर दर्ज गई है. इसमें कई एफआईआर नामजद हैं. अभी तक कुछ 116 लोगों इस मामले में गिरफ्तार किए गए हैं. यात्रा के बारे में आयोजक ने नूंह प्रशासन को पूरी तरह से जानकारी नहीं दी दि थी. इस तरह हिंसक घटनाक्रम हरियाणाा कभी नहीं हुआ. मेवात हमेशा से देश की एकता और अखंडता के साथ रहा है, जो लोग इस घटना में शामिल होगें उनपर कारवाई होगी. मेवात का अपना एक अलग इतिहास रहा है.
