Still can’t believe I’m building a my first corvette!!!!!!! This is the perfect next step for drifting to push my driving to the next level coming from the 350z ... but don't worry, the Barbie 350z isn't going anywhere :P ....A lot more power, a developed chassis for drifting, and a factory LS to not over complicate things and get to driving it ASAP. Thank you to @AdamLZ for the biggest surprise ever. ❤️ and thanks to Drift HQ for all the support 💚 Here starts the corvette’s complete DRIFT TRANSFORMATION , and I couldn’t be more excited!!!!!! Up first .... - true coilover conversion , BC Racing DS series - full angle kit install - dual caliper set up from DRIFT HQ LET’S GOOOOOO ❤️🏁🏁🏁

@djd1162منذ 4 سنوات I concur with checking the chassis grounds. It makes sense that they probably aren’t very good at the moment because the engine being grounded would transfer through all the of the mechanical connections through the torque tube to the transmission. So if the chassis isn’t grounded great, with the hubs removed, you’re making the ground through the CV to the knuckles. ....وسعت

@edwardk6764منذ 4 سنوات Props to Adam 4 looking out for you. The more platforms you drift with, the more it adds to your experience and skill. The vette is a somewhat hard beast id="hidden5" class="buttons"> to tame.
Lsd, brakes, turbo system, adjustable coilovers with custom control arms are the minimum. The hydro brake is a nice touch.to me it looks like its made in China though. ....وسعت

@95slowlsمنذ 4 سنوات Corvette’s are a unibody car and have grounding issues. There are a few grounding combs under the seats and carpet for the control modules. So it’s not unusual to see sparks somewhere else on metal parts when the battery is connected. ....وسعت 1

@ChillinLikeAVillain1210منذ 4 سنوات Metal particles in the gearbox can cause a charge to build up. When the gears are moving through oil if theres little particles of metal in the oil. The id="hidden8" class="buttons"> gears moving churns the oil and charges the metal particles. In rare cases the charge can ruin ECUs so good to keep up with transmission oil changes. Good to always have magnetic drain plugs ....وسعت

@oskarbc7213منذ 3 سنوات Check the main ground cable for corrosion, if there is high resistant between the battery and the frame it might be finding a ground through something else hence the sparking 1

@r7kelley553منذ 4 سنوات If you get the locking mechanism for the pull handle on the drift break you will still have a e-break. You just pull back on it and lock it in place.

@MX304منذ 4 سنوات The electrical arcing is due to bad chassis grounding. Very common corvette issue. There are a lot, (12 I think) chassis ground points on a C6. You need to find them, check the connections, and clean off any corrosion.
