Stronga Drying Stations are a 3 part system comprising of: 1. Stronga hook lift trailers; 2. Stronga Heatex air control module; 3. Stronga drying containers – horizontal airflow (HAF containers). The main benefit of Stronga Drying Stations is the ability to simultaneously dry a range of wet materials, bulk solids and by-products, including: 1. Wood chip drying; 2. Log drying; 3. Animal bedding drying; 4. Manure drying; 5. Digestate fibre drying; 6. SRF drying; 7. & much more. A vital component of Stronga Drying Stations is the design of the Heatex air control technology module. While external weather can affect the drying performance, it is important to understand that it is the air quality that does the drying. Heatex can be fitted with 2, 4 or 6 adjustable air ports so the client has the flexibility of adding or removing Stronga drying containers. Heatex modules are individual designed to optimise drying air performance via optimal air temperature, airflow and air pressure from the energy available. Heatex modules consist of low energy plug fans and thermally efficient heat exchangers to maximise energy efficiency and optimise the evaporative drying process. Stronga horizontal airflow (HAF) drying containers work alongside Heatex and our hooklift trailer to transport, deliver and store wet materials like wood chip, logs, SRF, manure, digestate fibre and much more. Containerised drying allows customers to blow hot air through wet materials to suitably reduce moisture content for food, fuel or fertiliser. Where traditional seasoning can take 2+ years, Stronga drying containers turn wet wood chip into a saleable product in as little as 1-3 days. The Stronga hook lift trailer works alongside Heatex and drying containers in what is an efficient, versatile and high performance drying system. Stronga hook lift trailers and drying containers operate in the following sequence for wood chip drying: 1. Collect wet wood chip from the timber source; 2. Deliver wet wood chip to the Drying Station; 3. Connect to Heatex and dry wood chip at the Drying Station in Stronga drying containers; 4. Deliver consistently dry output to the end user using a hook lift trailer and drying containers. Contact our container drying advisers today to leave more about Stronga Drying Stations.
