Joe Biden may well be preparing to announce Susan Rice as his choice to be vice president running mate in the 2020 election. While Kamala Harris still has good Biden VP pick odds at being chosen, the Democratic National Convention schedule came out, and it includes many speakers. Kamala Harris is on the list, while Rice isn't, though there is a reserved spot for the Vice President nominee. Many suspect this is a hint Biden has chosen Rice. the Veepstakes are almost over!
