#cookies #coconuts #baking #كوكيز كوكيز جوز# الهند المكونات:- - ١ كوب من #الزبدة بدرجة حراره الغرفة - ١/٢ كوب سكر ابيض - ١ كوب #سكر بني - ١/٢ كوب جوز هند - ٣ بيضات بدرجة حرار الغرفة - ٢ ملعقة صغيره #فانيليا - ٣ اكواب من الدقيق - ١ ملعقة صغيره بانكنج صودا - ١ ملعقة صغيره ملح (حسب الرغبة ) - حبيبات شوكلاته حسب الرغبه طريقة التحضير - نخلط السكر الابيض والبني جيداً - نضيف الزبدة وتخلط مع المكونات حتى تذوب الزبدة - نضيف الدقيق ويفصل دقيق المخبوزات ونخلطهم جيدا - نضيف جوز الهند ونخلطهم - نضيف الفانيليا والباكنج صودا وتخلط جيدا - نضيف البيض على دفعات حتى نحصل على خليط متماسك من دون اي تكتلات - نترك العجينة ترتاح لمده ١٠ دقائق على الاقل - في صنية الفرن نضع ورق الزبدة ثم نشكل الكوكيز ونضيف حبيبات #الشوكلاته - تخبز في فرن مسبق الحراره على درجة حراره ١٥٠ لمدة ١٠-١٥ على الرف الاوسط مع تشغيل النار العلوية فقط. - وبالعافية عليكم احلى كوكيز .
