@diaryofagoat-lass1023قبل 11 أشهر On our little farm when we keep back a feeder calf for our own freezer, ours have free access grass and browse but they are given SUPPLIMENTAL grain (usually id="hidden11" class="buttons"> oats, wheat or rolled barley) and their fat is creamy white but with ALL the flavour of both grass and grain. In my mind, this is the healthiest beef you will ever get.

It’s like with human nutrition, the more diverse your diet is the better off you will be. Corn fed taste better to me.
