Enjoy! #healthydesserts #keepupwithliv #glutenfree Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie (for mini 6 inch skillet, double for 12) - 1 egg (or vegan egg sub) - 1/4 cup nut butter - 1/4 cup pumpkin puree - 1/4 cup coconut sugar - 2 tbsp maple syrup - 1 tbsp coconut oil - 1 tsp vanilla - 3/4 cup almond flour - 1 tsp pumpkin spice - 1/4 tsp baking soda - 1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips Bake 350F 18-20 mins Apple Crisp Filling: - 3 apples - juice 1/2 lemon - 2 tbsp tapioca flour or arrowroot flour - 1 tsp apple pie spice or cinnamon Topping: - 3/4 cup almond flour - 1 tbsp coconut flour - 1/4 cup coconut sugar - 1/4 cup coconut oil - 1/4 cup sliced almonds 350F 35-40 mins Salted Caramel Cashew Clusters Caramel: - 2 tbsp coconut oil - 1/4 cup coconut sugar - 1 tbsp nut milk - pinch salt 1 cup cashews 1/4 cup chocolate, melted Freeze 20 mins --------------------------------------------------------------------- DISCLAIMER: all opinions are my own.
