CairoLapse is a short film exploring the busy & lively city of Cairo, Egypt. I began this project in mid July and wrapped up the production stage by mid August. CairoLapse has given me the opportunity to explore places in Cairo I haven't been too. My goal for this film is to expose the beauty in Egypt for what it is. Beauty in its culture, heritage, and people. A grand total of 11,878 photos were taken, but only about 4,000 were used. This project was a trial and error process. I learned a lot from the successful shoots, but even more from the failures.
