DISNEY WORLD WHILE PREGNANT EPCOT EDITION | Things to do in Disney While Pregnant | Disney Babymoon

Just because you're pregnant doesn't mean you should skip your trip to Walt Disney World. There are so many things to do in the most magical place on earth when you are an expectant mother. From the shows, to the rides, to the character meet and greets and Mickey shaped snacks, there are a ton of options to keep a mama-to-be busy! Before our precious Winnie girl was born, Jon and I took one last trip to Walt Disney World pre-baby. EPCOT was a great place to relax and enjoy the Disney magic. The best part about EPCOT was all of the fun character meet and greets. Pre-baby, Jon and I spent most of our park time running from attraction to attraction, and rarely taking time to meet the characters. Since we had to slow our pace down, we were able to meet so many characters, including some we have never met before! Another great thing about characters in EPCOT is that they have character palooza. For those of you who have not heard of character palooza in Walt Disney World, it is an unannounced character spot where lots of characters are out for meet and greets. We have only lucked into twice before at Disney's Hollywood Studios (they tend to have some rarer characters over there). Over at EPCOT, next to the American Pavilion (at the time of filming), we found at least eight different characters that were out meeting and greeting Disney guests. We had a lunch reservation so unfortunately we were not able to meet all of them. You will have to tune in to see who we were able to meet! Another great thing about EPCOT while being pregnant is that most of the attractions are pregnancy friendly. The only rides I was unable to do were Test Track and Mission Space. Luckily there are so many rides you CAN ride in EPCOT like The Seas with Nemo and Friends, Soarin', Spaceship Earth (don't forget to take your picture with the Bubblegum Wall on the way out), Frozen Ever After, Living with the Land, Journey to Imagination with Figment, and Gran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three Caballeros. The best part of all of those rides is that they are in the AC! If you do travel to Walt Disney World while you are expecting, make sure to check with your health care professional.
