There are literally tons of derivatives both on Nico Nico Douga and YouTube, most being mirrors of Nico Nico Douga videos. This black MIDI is pretty good overall, in spite of the blacker ruined the piece a tiny bit near the end. The song is also known as Mischievous Function (おちゃめ機能).
