Step 1: Fry your chicken
Ingredients
* 1 lb chicken breast
* 2 cups buttermilk
* Tony C’s
* 1 Tbsp blue spirulina
* 2 eggs
* 1 bowl flour
* 1 bag blue takis
* Deep fryer with oil at 320 degrees
1) Add blue spirulina and Tony’s to buttermilk. Slice the chicken breast in half then gently pound it out. Add it to the brine.
2) Add blue Takis to the food processor with a little flour then buzz it up until it’s a fine powder.
3) Remove chicken from the brine and dry it out on paper towels. Add eggs to the brine and whisk. Use a knife to score the chicken breast then dredge it in flour, egg, then the takis.
4) Fry for 7 minutes at 320 degrees. Let drain on baking rack.

Step 2: Blueberry hot sauce + Koolaid Onions
Ingredients
* Hot Sauce
* 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
* 1 lb fresh blueberries
* 3 chipotles in adobo
* 1 Tbsp blue spirulina
* 2 Tbsp chopped onion
* Salt
* ¼ cup coconut vinegar
Onions
* 1 white onion, thinly sliced
* 1 packet blue Kool-Aid
* 12 ounces water
* 4 ounces vinegar
* 1 ½ tsp salt
* 1 tsp Peppercorns
* 2 cloves Garlic
* 1 tsp Mustard seed
* 1 tsp chili flake
1) Add oil, onions, blueberries, and chipotles in adobo to a medium sauce pot. Sautee for 3 minutes until the juices have released, then add in vinegar. Use a stick blender to blend it up and strain through a fine mesh sieve. Put it back on the heat.
2) Add thinly sliced onions to a mason jar with aromatics
3) Add water, vinegar, and salt to a sauce pot and heat it until boiling. Pour over the onions and let sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours.

Step 3: Assemble
Ingredients
* ½ cup mayo
* 2 Tbsp blue cheese
* ½ tsp blue spiruina
* 1 round bun?
* 1 fried chicken breast
1) Mix blue spirulina with mayo and blue cheese.
2) Spread it on each side of a toasted bun. Add cabbage, pickled onions, chicken, and hot sauce,
