Where To Buy Cheap Wine In Portugal

Where can you buy 3 bottles of wine for 4 euros? Braga, Portugal might be the cheapest place in Europe because I just paid that much for wine. Braga is an hour by bus from Porto. Much quieter and cheaper! From there, I took a road trip to Geres, which has a beautiful lake which I did not enjoy because I cannot swim and the water was fucking cold.
