Pandesal Recipe using bread flour or all purpose flour? Which is the better flour to make the pandesal soft and fluffy?
I am no expert in the science behind bread making, but through practical experiment and hands on experience, I am hoping that this video can answer this question.
Recipe for 1 cup of Pandesal:
1 cup flour
100 mL milk
3/4 tsp yeast + 1 1/2 tsp of sugar
2 tbsp canola oil (On the video it says 2 tsp, but it should be 2 tbsp)
2 tbsp sugar
1 egg yolk
3/4 tsp salt
