Let our nutritionist show you how to create this flavourful and simple Tuna Quiche. Step by Step guide: 1. Preheat oven to 170 degree for 10 minutes. 2. In a bowl, add in all pastry crust ingredients except cold water. 3. Grab and squeeze the butter into flour till crumbs like, add in ice water and knead till pastry form a dough. 4. Divide the dough into 3 portions. 5. Roll out the dough into pie pan or flat dish and press over 3 pcs of 4 inch pie pan respectively. Use a fork to prick the base of the dough. Set aside. 6. Bake the pastry crust for 10 mins or until it is slightly golden and remove it from the oven. 7. In a medium pan, heat oil over medium low heat. 8. Add in onion and cook till soft. 9. Add in mushrooms and cook till the mushroom's fluids are reduced. 10. Add in garlic and red capsicum; stir till well combined. Remove from heat. 11. In a bowl, add in egg, milk, sour cream, coriander, black pepper, cheddar cheese and stir till well combined. 12. Arrange tuna flakes on the bottom of the crust, follow by mushroom mixture and add in egg mixture. 13. Bake the quiche in the oven for 15 minutes or till the filling turn golden brown at 170 degree. 14. Remove the quiche from the pie pan and enjoy!
