Gas lighter, Repair & Hack - English/Hindi/Russian Sub-titles

Some times there is half the gas left and lighter is not working, specially in cheap Chinese gas lighters. Even at its full throttle of regulator, either its not burning or the flame is too less. How to resolve this? It is very irritating that we cannot increase the flame of a lighter though there is a lot of fuel left in it. The hack is that, we take the regulator clip out and put it again at starting point. See how we can do that. It is simple and most of you must be knowing this.
