The Reshot - The Best Takedown Setup in Wrestling / BJJ

📝 One of the best takedown setups is a RE-SHOT! 💡 When your opponent shoots and does NOT successfully get in or your legs, they build back up to reset into a stance. The moment they miss their shot until the time they get back into a good stance is a PERFECT opportunity to strike! 🤼‍♂️ A sudden re-attack off their attempted attack catches them off guard and in bad position. Often times in matches, we fall into a rhythm where we miss a shot, a guard pass, a sweep, and we settle back in for a few seconds to reset and try again.
