Shinwari mutton karahi gosht recipe basically is a Peshawari recipe, which has been picked up from Shinwari, a tribe in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Shinwari Peshawari Mutton Karahi means meat cooked in a wok which is a one-pot dish. This way the meat is half done and can be used in different recipes plus half frying cooks the outer part of the meat, sealing all the juices inside which keeps the meat tender and moist. A mix of small cubes of lamb or goat, tomatoes, yogurt, green chile, salt with black pepper, and preferably roasted cumin added to taste, which gives a different texture to the gravy. It’s fresh meat provide fat and savored directly from the karahi, that’s what gives this recipe its unique flavor. Stay safe and Love all. 😍😘 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ▶️ Please Subscribe: /c/QuarantineCook/featured ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- ▶️ Follow Me: ▶ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Quarantine-Cook-101007698296231/ ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- ▶️ Shinwari Peshawari Mutton Karahi Recipe: ▶ Ingredients: • Mutton - 1KG • Tomatoes - 4 • Oil - 1 Cup • Yogurt - 270 Gms • Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 Tbl Spn • Salt - 1½ Tbl Spn • Black Pepper - 1 Tbl Spn • Turmeric Powder - 1 Teaspoon • Crushed and Roasted Cumin - 1 Tbl Spn ▶ Cooking method and instruction: • Pour the oil into the pan • When the oil start to boil add ginger garlic paste • Then add mutton and mix well • Now add tomatoes • Cover at low flame for 15 minutes • Change flame to high • Then mix all spices • When well cooked add some water • Cover for boiling at high flame • Change the flame to low and cover for 1 hour • Now add yogurt and mix well • Again cover for 10 minutes at low flame • Now add green chilli and ginger • Cover for 5 min at low flame ▶ Garnishing: • Green Chilli • Coriander • Ginger It’s ready for serve.
