Rava Kichadi:
Rava Kichadi is one of my most favorite South Indian Breakfast.
Rava is India's hot-favorite breakfast food. Rava, which is used to make Rava Kichadi and upma, is rich in protein, vitamin B and iron. Adding veggies to the upma not only makes it tastier but also healthier.
Main ingredients:
semolina (Fine Rava) - 1 cup
Vermicelli (Semiya)- 1 cup
Water (as needed)
Onion – 2 (finely chopped) Tomatoes – 1 (finely chopped) Carrot(medium)– 5 (finely chopped)
Green Beans – (as needed)
Green chilies – 3 (Chopped )
Ginger – (as needed) (Chopped)
Salt - (as needed)
Turmeric ( as needed)
Cooking Oil - (as needed)
Mustard - (as needed)
Cashew Nuts - (as needed)
Curry Leaves - (as needed)
