Hi guys! Christmas is around the corner! Here’s my Nanay’s Balanghoy recipe as part of my Noche Buena recipe series. This is one of my favorite native delicacies. I love this during the holidays so I thought I am going to include this delicious recipe in this series. It’s so good and reminds me of my growing up days in the beautiful Philippines.

4 cups grated cassava
1 cup water
1 1/2 cups grated coconut
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
