As an adult, his first acting project was a brief role in the experimental social drama ‘Holi‘ ( 1984). The film starred Aamir Khan, Ashutosh Gowariker, Om Puri, Shreeram Lagoo, Deepti Naval and Naseeruddin Shah. Aamir Khan is known as Mr. Perfectionist of Bollywood because of his seriousness about work and his jaw-dropping transformation for the film ‘Dangal‘ (2016) has also proved the same. The actor went from weighing 96 kgs with a pronounced paunch to a fit 68 kg with six-pack abs in five months while playing the character Mahavir Singh Phogat in ‘Dangal‘. Recently in a media interaction, the ‘Dangal’ actor was questioned about the rumours of him being approached to play Sunil Dutt’s role in the film. To which the actor responded by saying, “He [Rajkumar Hirani] approached me with the script and I loved it. I think he has written it beautifully, and he said 'I want you to play Dutt saab' role'. Dutt saab's role is fantastic, BTW, when you watch the film you will see it is largely the film explores the relationship between a father and a son." Aamir Khan is one of the most talented actors in Bollywood. The superstar never ceases to amaze us with his immense talent, professionalism and sincerity towards every character he portrays. Jackie, on the other hand, stated that people have a right to protest and their views should be respected. Aamir Khan is a perfectionist actor and he has good relations with most of the industry folks. The actor was a special guest at Twinkle Khanna's book launch. The two have acted together in Mela in 2000. According to a report on Mid-day.com, Aamir was the friendly videographer when Twinkle tied the knot with Akshay Kumar in a low key wedding ceremony in 2001. He was one of the few guests, and he captured every moment at the ceremony, the report concluded. Aamir Khan has now found his onscreen wife for Dangal, in Sakshi Tanwar of Bade Acche Lagte Hain fame. While Mallika Sherawat, who hails from Haryana, was rumoured to have been cast in the film, Sakshi, better known as Parvati Bhabhi of the small screen, has been confirmed for the role, reports Bollywoodlife.com. Aamir Khan is playing wrestler Mahavir Phogat in his biopic, and has gained enough weight for the film. The Dangal actor has his Eid day plans sorted. Aamir, alongwith the rest of the nation, is busy celebrating Eid. The actor was seen having an interesting interaction with the media where he wished his fans and well wishers. He said, "I wish everyone from all over India and the world an Eid Mubarak, from me, Kiran and Azad.” On being asked about his Eid plans, the actor revealed, "We are going to ammi’s house. Eid is family time. I will also watch Bajrangi Bhaijaan at 9 pm tonight at Lightbox. I am excited as I have heard lots of praises. My whole family is going.
