Hello and Namaste Before starting Question to yourself..??? When you go to Nepal and return back from Nepal did you saw the house being messed up and got robbed or when you attend the function. So, do you have any confusion after being robbed so this is the answer video. Starting the topic I remembered a quote which we are known “prevention is better than cure” we are familiar with this topic. We can be aware before it happens. Reference this condition I have 3-4 topics which are going to be discussed in this video. 1. First point Where and which place did I make the jewellery? you should be sure of which place and where you have made the jewellery. It is the first planning of making the jewellery and mostly, ladies are confused in making this decision. We even have the trend of buying raw gold in the UK and making the Gold items in Nepal. Many of us think that it will be cheap but we respect your decision and even it’s a good idea. Make the jewellery in the UK which will be easy for us to claim our insurance. 2. From the third country except for the UK Whether we buy it from Nepal, Hongkong, Brunei, Singapore according to the rules of the UK we have to do the valuation which is known as Institute of Registered Valuers (IRV). You can consult with both registered and the company as well as hire them. A company like us, we take certain charges and fee for the valuation of the item. 3. Contain Insurance/Home Insurance We are not insurance or broker company we are just a medium to make our customers aware and give them a guideline to claim the insurance. When you do the insurance of the glass electronic item don’t forget to include the jewellery items which may take a little bit of extra premium. 4. Jewellery Deposit Locker Such as Mega/ Metro Bank, Indian Companies and other companies we do provide the Vault as a Safety Deposit Locker. Or you can buy safe and put it in the locker but do remember 3 points which will be easy for you to keep the jewellery at home. What will you do after being robbed? There is the involvement of 4 parties: 1. You 2. Police case 3. Insurance Company 4. Chater Loss adjustment (looks after the claiming side) For the safety reasons take the photo of your jewellery items at this moment so it will be helpful for you to show it to the police. Place the bill of jewellery item properly for revaluation and claiming. If it’s in the UK it will be easy and take less time but if it’s in other countries the cross-check will be there and it will take longer time, extra cost. So, prefer to make your jewellery in the UK. And make sure you do the insure of the jewellery as well as place the safe at your home or the companies.
