Moong sprout steamed Kale chana sprout boiled Paneer crumbled Chopped onion, green chili, ginger and coriander leaves. Curry powder or garam masala powder. Hung curd and kasundi for sauce. Method: Lightly fry the onions in 1 spoon oil. Mix with the pre cooked sprouts. Pulse the it and mix with paneer. Use your fingers mix all masalas and combine everything together to form a dough. Make equal sized ball withe dough. Press the balls between your palm and shape like patty or kabab. Now shallow fry them in low flame till both the sides are light brown and crisp. Serve with green chutney and hung curd sauce. Mix 1/2 cup hung curd with 1 tblspn kasundi and salt to make the sauce. Enjoy
