An Ancestoral recipe by my Grandmother which was prepared using Rice batter and Steamed in Banana leaves traditionally known as “Pajemadpale/Pajemadpule” can also be called as Banana Leaves Rice cakes.
Ingredients:
500 grams Boiled rice (Washed & Soaked)
Salt as per taste
1 cup of freshly grated coconut
Water
Banana Leaves
