Ingredients Biscuit: Eggs 4 pcs Sugar 100 g Vanilla sugar 8 g Salt pinch Wheat flour 100 Butter for greasing the baking dish Cream cheese with cream: Cream cheese 130 g Cream 33% 180 ml Powdered sugar 100 g Jelly: Apricots 6-7 pcs Gelatin 5 g Water 250 ml You will need a baking dish with a diameter of 27 cm Cooking Biscuit: In a large bowl, send 4 eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt and beat with a mixer with whisks until fluffy. Add flour to beaten eggs and mix with whisks until smooth. Lubricate the bottom of the form with butter and pour the dough into the form. Send the form with the dough to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Allow the finished biscuit to cool. Cream cheese with cream: Beat cold heavy cream together with powdered sugar using a whisk mixer until stiff, but not to peaks. Send cream cheese to cream and mix gently with a mixer until smooth. Cover with cling film and send to the refrigerator. Cut apricots into thin pieces Jelly: Bring 250 ml of water to a boil, remove from heat and dissolve gelatin in it. Pour into a bowl through a sieve and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Until completely cool. Pie assembly: Cut off the top of the dried biscuit and transfer the biscuit to the bottom of the form. Put cream cheese on the biscuit, spread evenly over the surface. Put a layer of apricots on the cream and pour gelatin filling. Send the Pie to the refrigerator for 2 hours to harden the gelatin. Serving Transfer the pie to a cake pan and cut into portions.
