Pinks Kitchen Tamil Channel Link: /channel/UCvzYgbmB5kJI88fG3NaEOhA Pinks Kitchen Channel Link: /channel/UCkG030HZI2akNmkW223COTg/ Ingredients: Dosa Batter: 2 Cups Wheat Flour: 1 Tbsp Rava: 1 Tbsp Onion: 1 Nos Green Chillies: 2 Nos Curry Leaves: Few Coriander Leaves: Few Salt: 1/4 Tsp Oil: 1 Tbsp Mustard Seeds: 1 Tsp Urad Dhal: 1 Tsp Chana Dhal: 1 Tsp Method: 1. Today lets check out how to make Wheat aniyaram. This is a very unique and quick breakfast recipe. Very healthy, easy and an instant recipe so lets quickly check out the ingredients and get started. 2. Today I have taken 2 cups of dosa batter. You can use the regular ones that we use at home to make dosa. I have also made a video on how to make dosa batter. I will be giving the video link in the desc box, you can check on it. 3. To this add 1 tbsp of wheat flour, 1 tbsp of rava or semolina, 1 onion finely chopped, 1 green chilli finely chopped, few curry leaves chopped, few coriander leaves chopped and 1/4 tsp of salt. You can adjust the salt, according to the amount of salt you have in your dosa batter. Mix all the ingredients well. Now all the ingredients are well mixed, allow this to rest for 10 minutes. 4. after 10 minutes season it with mustard seeds, urad dhal and channa dhal. Mix it well. Now our wheat paniyaram batter is ready. Lets see how to make the paniyaram. 5. Heat a cast iron paniyaram pan. To this add 1 tsp of oil in each segment. When the oil is hot, add 1 scoop of the batter in each segment. Let this cook for 2 minute sin medium flame. After 2 minutes flip it to the other side and let it again cook for 2 minutes in medium flame. After 2 mins, both sides are well cooked and cripsy, so its time to remove them. 6. Now our delicious wheat Paniyaram is ready. Serve it nice and hot with a bowl of chutney and enjoy with your family and friends.
