LOTUS PANCAKES - PAKISTANI

Tried these delicious Lotus pancakes at Cafe Praha in Pakistan. And told myself to try making the same recipe at home. One of the best things about those pancakes was that they were literally so soft, melting in mouth. And finally, I was able to achieve the same texture.
