Welcome back, above I posted the link to where I purchase my resistance bands, incase you are looking to buy your own! This bands are great travel size, and can simply be taken anywhere. The beauty about these exercises, is that you can simply perform them anywhere. All you need is your self and a piece of band! These 25 exercises are great for providing - Tension to the muscle - Tone and strengthen the body - Light and portable - Lower risk of injury - Can be performed anywhere Feel free to add these in your training, or even perform these with sets and multiple reps! Be creative and make your own workout out of what you are about to see/saw, so make sure to take notes! Below are the times I go over each exercise..... 1. Bicep Curls (1:09) 2. Strict Press (1:24) 3. Push Press (1:32) 4. Push Ups (1:43) 5. Thrusters (1:55) 6. GoodMornings (2:05) 7. Side Steps (2:16) 8. Alternating Bent over rows (2:26) 9. Front Raises (2:38) 10. High Pull (2:53) 11. DeadLifts (3:08) 12. Lateral Raises (3:18) 13. Band Aparts (3:28) 14. Tricep Extension (3:36) 15. Forearm Curl (3:47) 16. Chest Press (4:04) 17. Air Squat (4:16) 18. Jump Squat (4:25) 19. Kick Backs (4:34) 20. Glute Bridge (4:45) 21. Seated Face Pulls (4:55) 22. Lunge T- Rotation (5:04) 23. Bent over rows (5:16) 24. Bird dogs (5:27) 25. Supermans (5:38) Hopefully after watching this video, if you don't have a resistance band, this made you want to buy one! There are so many creative exercises you can perform, with just one piece of equipment! I always carry my bands with me. I usually use them as a warm up at first, and then add them in my training!
