It was formed in 19 BBY, by Anakin Skywalker, by dividing the 501st Legion. Skywalker entrusted command of her, his former student, Ahsoka Tano. In addition to Togrutanka, the company was commanded by Rex and Captain Vaughn, appointed commander. The company assisted the Republic in invading Mandalora, where they defeated Maul and his Shadow Collective. When the unit, along with Rex and Ahsoka, returned to the planet Coruscant, aboard Venator, the clones were ordered to obey order 66. After a short fight, Tano escaped and freed Maul, who was imprisoned on the stakes, who was also to be killed by clones.
