He is also a producer, a speaker at TEDx, and a social development practitioner. He offers training on creativity, storytelling, and content creation. He also builds awareness campaigns through caricature art, comics, and illustrations, and designs community engagement activities. Majoring in graphic design, he had worked at several graphic design and animation companies such as Rubicon, Abu Mahjoob, and Kharabeesh. He is a partner in the Kharabeesh Network and founder of the “Qalam Hurr” or “Free Pen” company in Jordan. . Omar participated in several comic art exhibitions in Jordan, Egypt, and Belgium, and was awarded the Arab Spring Award from "This is Amsterdam" in Holland, and the Naji Al Ali Award from Turkey. He has illustrated several cartoon characters that gained international recognition and had built their national identities as a symbol resonating Jordan’s local culture. These are; “Awad Abu Shiffeh” , “Al Za’eem”, “Khuffash”, and “Muallem Sehs”. While working at Kharabeesh, his channel, “3ala Rasi”, won the silver prize on Youtube and was ranked 8th in popularity regionally according to Forbes.
