Breeding Long Fin White Cloud Minnows Outside

This is the setup for my very first patio pond or tub. I didn't really know what I was doing but I've been successfully breeding white clouds outside in a 100 gallon Rubbermaid Tub for about 2 months! I ended up with green water but I'm not sure I could tell you how - sunshine, water, plants and fish. The baskets I attached to hold some plants ended up being a great place for newly hatched fry to hide - again a happy accident! I did a lot of research and watched many videos. I started with 18 adult long fin white cloud minnows. About half had been in a tank inside for 6 months prior so they were pretty mature. I'm not sure if that helped but it sure didn't hurt. 🐠 ✨ I expect to sell fish online June through October, depending on weather and my stock.
